Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

Responsible for managing all aspects of office administration, including filing systems, invoice generation, and the maintenance of various trackers such as billing, invoices, and sales leads.


Documentation and Reporting:
Manage comprehensive documentation for multiple ongoing projects.

This includes overseeing the preparation of reports, maintenance of records, and ensuring all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.


Employee Support:
Handle administrative tasks related to employee management such as tracking attendance, managing reimbursements, and maintaining employee records.

Client Presentation Support:

Assist in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, ensuring that all materials are professionally prepared to reflect the company's standards and client expectations.


Experience and Skills

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

While primarily responsible for administrative tasks, the individual should also be capable of leading by example and fostering a collaborative team environment.


Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves interacting with both internal team members and external clients.


Pay:
Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
