Overview of the Role

The Data Management Team (DMT) under the Global Business Service Data Office at AstraZeneca plays a vital role in maintaining accurate data records within the Finance systems. As a DMT Associate, you will be responsible for handling data maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality services are delivered within specified KPIs and SLAs.

Key Highlights:

  • Deliver professional services and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data objects in SAP.
  • Support process improvements and handle master data processing effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with key controls and generate KPI metrics.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting/operational master data.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in shared service centers within global organizations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of visual basic and macros is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in another language is a bonus.
