The

Senior

Data Analyst

is responsible for conducting data analyses using SAS/SQL/Python/R and other tools in support of a variety of analytic solutions.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop analytical frameworks to answer questions/solve business problems.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Hypothesis testing and reporting statistically significant resultsCreate and present data-driven insights to client/stakeholders, proficient with storytelling from the generated insightsProject Management skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supportMentor/hand-hold junior team members on technical/problem-solving aspectsApply multiple algorithms or architectures and recommend the best model with in-depth description to evangelize data-driven business decisions.

Structure hypothesis, build thoughtful analyses, develop underlying data models, and bring clarity to identified problems.

Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data-driven insightsEffective communication skills to convey complex data insights, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, high levels of accountability in maintaining data integrity.


QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics)3-8 years of experience in the analytics field; marketing analytics experience preferredProficiency in Python, SQL and Power BI required.

Hands-on experience on Data Science projects, developing Predictive / ML models is highly preferred.

Experience in Adobe Analytics and Databricks environment would be a plusSuperior analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDesirable Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Statistics, Economics or other quantitative disciplineWorking knowledge of cloud enviornments
