Inditech International is a textile machinery trading firm representing over 20 top international manufacturers in the textile machinery and technology field.

Role Description:

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role, located on-site in Andheri West, Mumbai. Person will be responsible for assisting in administration, monitoring & supervision of day-to-day office functions which will be predefined.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English mandatory.
  • MS Office & emailing mandatory.
  • Phone etiquette and Communication skills.
  • Clerical skills (filing, data entry, organization).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Scope of work:

  • Maintaining basic office expense accounts.
  • Maintaining attendance, leave and other staff records.
  • Coordination between sales & service staff.
  • Coordination between customers and principals.
  • Supervise the work of other administration staff, contract staff and new joinees.
  • Liaising with travel agent, contractors, consultants, government bodies and various agencies.
  • Hotel and travel booking / arrangements for visitors and sales staff.
