  • Develop psychometric tools to evaluate the pre-program and post program delta and ability to provide psychometric reports/analysis
  • Customer advocacy skills to be able to pre-empt the needs and be a partner to clients in "lifelong learning" journey
  • Understand faculty delivery methodologies and support faculty with the client needs to create effective learning interventions
  • Ability to evaluate learning outcomes and demonstrate value of the program by establishing ROI
  • Demonstrate ability to build long lasting Relationships with clients and understanding and empathizing with challenges clients face

CXO Network – The BD would have maintained a large network of C-Suite in the market and has existing relationships that can be leveraged

  • Executive presence – ability to inspire trust and confidence from others
  • Communication skills – strong communication skills is paramount - clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Presentation skills – ability to present effectively on short notice (impromptu), elevator pitch, Actively listen, articulate ideas persuasively
  • Networking Skills - fostering collaboration and alignment and cultivate partnerships with other C-level executives
  • Grooming – Professional appearance, Maintaining a polished, appropriate, and well-groomed appearance that is consistent with the company culture and leadership role
  • Competition information – keeping on top of the latest developments in the industry and also awareness and information on competition and also attend conferences etc
