We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L3 ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary :


As an L3 ServiceNow Developer and Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

You will also provide technical leadership and support to junior developers and administrators within the ServiceNow team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work in the ServiceNow platform developing innovative solutions that simplify customer services.
  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow platformlevel configurations (BR, ACL, Scripting, REST API, etc).
  • Proven experience as a key person handling platform maintenance and development, guiding delivery of different ServiceNow application implementations.
  • Experience in building and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Experience in creating workflows
  • Configure platformlevel configurations without base code customizations to improve the platform's upgradability, stability, performance, and stability.
  • Familiar with ServiceNow features of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, App Engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation, and Mobile App.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Logical thinking and problemsolving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
  • Document technical design docs and build test cases for testing the configurations performed.

Qualifications / Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Platform development and administration.
  • Experience in large engagements. (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, Custom Apps).
  • Troubleshooting to resolve Incidents, SR, and Cases.
  • Administrative experience with ITSM, CSM, Discovery, ITAM, and custom applications.
  • Experience in performing Upgrade testing and Skip Object resolutions.
  • Experience in Code Migrations and update set management.
  • Experience in Instance clones, and troubleshooting during issues.
  • Data Load and Data Mapping Experience.
  • Integration methods and knowledge in troubleshooting during issues in the Security and access area.
