REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Payment Posting transactions in the software with an accuracy rate of 99% or more:

  • Analyze and post the rejected/denied claims with an accuracy rate of 99% or more

Post Credit card payments from patients:

  • Pull the patient in software using the name or DOB

If the patient is not found, Demo has to be created:

  • Meet productivity standards as set by the department
-
Adhere to all company policies and procedures:

  • All the queries should be maintained in the log and the client has to be updated by EOD

MUST HAVE
-
- 4 years of experience in payment posting:

  • Good typing, and analytical skills
-
This is a non-voice role and does not require any call center skills:

  • Should be Strong in reviewing EOB'S.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From ₹200,000.00 per year
