  • Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives and identify trends or patterns that may require corrective action.
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to develop action plans and implement corrective measures to address identified deficiencies or noncompliance issues.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and external auditors to facilitate inspections, surveys, and reviews of quality management systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality assurance protocols, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor and track incidents, complaints, and adverse events to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and prevention of recurrence.
  • Participate in the development and revision of policies, protocols, and procedures to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency in healthcare delivery.
  • Facilitate quality improvement projects and initiatives to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement quality improvement tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in healthcare quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, quality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting using statistical tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
  • CPHQ) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare informatics is a plus.

Salary:
₹20,000.00 per month
