Objectives of this Role

  • Develop and maintain Laravel-based CRM applications and features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall code quality of the team.
  • Collaborate with the product team for user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance procedures are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in the web application.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
  • 7+ years in IT industry with experience in Web and Front-end applications.
  • 5+ years' experience in working as a PHP (7.x +) \ Laravel developer.
  • Depth knowledge of Laravel 9 PHP Framework.
  • In depth knowledge of database design and query optimization using MySQL.
  • In depth knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with GCP or AWS, including deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on with JavaScript Frameworks/libraries like ReactJS, Redux/Next.JS, Advanced JavaScript and RESTFUL APIs
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools
  • Extensive experience of developing secure, scalable applications in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in software development methodologies, standards, and tools (JIRA, Git, etc.)

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Position Details: This is a full-time salaried position (40+ hours/week).
