We are seeking dynamic and experienced individual to join our prestigious institution as the Dean of Function.

As the Head Authority of the College, the Dean will play a pivotal role in driving mission to become a pioneering, world-class center of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management :
Oversee a team of over 500 employees, fostering a culture of motivation and high performance.
Ensure the function achieves international recognition as a Centre of Excellence in teaching, research, and industrial consultancy.

Strategic Partnerships :

Establish and nurture linkages with reputed institutions and industries to facilitate the cross-fertilization of ideas, optimize resource utilization, and promote cooperative efforts in research and education.

Resource Generation :

Act as a facilitator and catalyst for external resource generation through funded projects and consultancy, supporting faculty in securing necessary resources.

Quality Assurance :

Serve as the custodian and overseer of quality standards in education, research, and value systems, aligning with the institute's overall policies and standards.

Collaboration & Coordination :

Work closely with the management, Vice-Chancellor, and other Heads of Function to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation within the institute.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience :
Minimum 10 years of work experience in a large educational setup, preferably within a university.

Education :
Ph D degree in a relevant area of specialization in EC

Expertise :
Prior experience in higher educational academic management and administration is mandatory.
Strong research credentials and citations are essential.

Knowledge :
Well-versed in current best practices and trends in higher education, both in India and globally.

Integrity :
Exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and discretion.
High compliance, ethics, and value systems are crucial.
