Job Description

  • Able to write complex Stored Procedures, Create Complex tables while keeping the performance a key consideration.
  • Well versed with indexing, partitions, Views, Joins, CTE and other techniques to write high performance queries.
  • Aware of Data Caching mechanism and its implementation
  • Fine-tune SQL queries for optimal performance, analyze and optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and performance monitoring tools
  • Identify and troubleshoot database-related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space, and other resource contention issues.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team
  • Strong understanding of database design principles (normalization, data modeling)
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks for PL/SQL (highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
