Position Overview:

Associate Manager SEG at Zones joins forces with Sales to drive the lead engine for our IT Infrastructure Services. They develop targeted account plans, collaborate with Sales on strategies, analyze customer IT needs, key market trends, and deliver consultative pitches showcasing Zones' service capabilities to meet those needs.

What you'll do as the Associate Manager SEG:

  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to identify emerging trends and customer pain points in IT infrastructure.
  • Customer Presentations: Create compelling presentations demonstrating the value of IT infrastructure services for specific business needs.
  • Sales Discussion Support: Assist the Sales team in customer discussions by preparing talking points and anticipating questions.
  • QBR/MBR Assistance: Participate in Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews to report on progress and discuss ongoing IT infrastructure needs.
  • Customer Journey Insights: Provide insights into customer buying journeys for IT infrastructure services.
  • Competitive Intelligence Sharing: Share insights on competitor offerings with the Sales team.
  • Proactively identify account renewal opportunities: Develop strategies for customer retention and acquisition of new customers for IT infrastructure services.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Technical Acumen for IT infrastructure services.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure services pre-sales/demand generation/Sales Strategy.
  • Consultative Selling skills.
  • Market Research expertise.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Effective Communication Skills.
  • Demand Generation Strategy experience.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in engineering. MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Ability to partner with Sales, understand customer needs, and translate them into relevant IT infrastructure solutions.Experience in collaborating with technical teams for IT solution proposals.Track record in market research and content creation.Designing and delivering capability collaterals for the Sales team.
