JobDescription:
  • Indepthknowledge about trials with concrete admixture in project sitespreferably some idea about admixture formulationalso.
  • Establishing mosteconomical solution with admixture for meeting customerneeds.
  • Support the sales team toimprove wallet share of admixtures & evaluate existing andnew customers every year and prepare action plan for nextyear.
  • Handle and resolveissues of key users on technicalparameters.
  • Thoroughmarket mapping in that particulargeography.
  • Drive admixtures businessin B/C class RMC & prepare cost estimate forconcrete.
  • Work towards site approvalof admixture in small road projects (State highways at least)tapping insite consultants & technically establishingsuitable products.
  • Driveadmixture in developer segment & create database forit.
  • Drive admixturebusiness in paver block & AAC block manufacturing industry;including preparing cost estimate forconcrete.
  • Connect with localconsultants/engineers to get approvals of admixtures in majorprojects.
  • Benchmarking with widelyused range of competition product by picking up their samples& maintain data on market development or changes ofcompetitorsactivities.

Roles and Responsibilities : Identifying and appointing dealer fordeeper market penetration and reach in depth market share. Analyzeand compare sales plans with the last year base and implementappropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales. Overseeingthe sale activities of products thereby achieving increased salesgrowth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth. Assisting thedealers in achieving the targets and providing them with trainingEnsuring the seeding of new product in right Channel. Ensuring theSKU range availability at key outlets Conceptualizing andimplementing sales promotional programs for brand building Ensuringprofitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policiesand interest Making a territory monitoring report every monthincluding competitor's activities. Conducting the retail audit toassess market potential, estimation of sale of competitors with aview to adopt suitable strategies for sale. Solving all the issueof dealer for making smooth business relation.
