NCR Voyix is looking for self-starting, energetic and quick-learning Lead Quality Engineer with a passion for Agile Development good technical background, along with knowledge of Azure and React to join our Hospitality E-Commerce team in Hyderabad.

Our aim is to turn the everyday into a great consumer experience, turn the restaurant into a place where you're being served quickly, get exactly what you ordered, get great service, be able to provide feedback, pay using mobile.

Our product portfolio is the most successful restaurant solution available to the global market today. We are an agile development organization, practicing SCRUM and Kanban.

This individual is primarily responsible for development of the BDD scenarios, manual and automated testing, and working with software engineers to ensure that the team's work is complete each sprint.

In addition, you will be exposed to a wide range of test automation and CI tools.

Participate as an active member of an Agile team using Scrum methodologiesCreate test scenarios and documentation for automated and manual testing that focus on the end user of the product.

(BDD Scenarios)Work closely with engineers, product owners, implementations, and support partners to ensure the most effective test approach.
Assist with the creation of installation, deployment, and usability documentation.
Periodically interact with clients during design, testing, or implementation sessions.
Break down complex situations and find creative solutions to problems with a focus on root cause analysis.
Provide metrics and project updates for the product and team.
Approach the role with customer satisfaction and quality as top priority.
Participate in defining, supporting, and documenting improvement initiatives.
Promote the use of appropriate defect prevention practices to ensure NCR solutions are architected well.

Provide Technical support; compiling information from various sources to aid the identification and resolution of quality problems in the products.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldStrong coding skills in programming languages like Java, C# and TypeScriptUI and API test automation experience (Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber)8+years of previous related experience in QA, Helpdesk Support, and/or technical troubleshootingStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong Business analysis and Impact Analysis SkillsExperience in performing load testing using Jmeter.

Experience in defect life cycle management.
Solid communication skills (Written and Verbal)Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
