As a Consultant specialized in corporate transaction banking, you'll be part of our team delivering top-notch services to clients, focusing on payments, virtual accounts, and liquidity management solutions. Primary Skill Sets:

  • Knowledge of VAM and Payments, with experience in different geographies, especially JAPAC.
  • Understanding of virtual account structures and their banking applications.
  • Designing and configuring virtual account solutions to meet business needs.
  • Familiarity with Payment processing lifecycle and systems like ACH, RTGS, and Real-time.
  • Handling cross-border transactions and corresponding VA allocation and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of MT, PACS, and CAMT messages with practical implementation.
  • Creating Functional and Design Documents.
  • Detailing Business Requirements and process steps thoroughly.
  • Managing global and regional senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Producing User Documentation including guides, configuration documents, and workflows.
  • Relevant experience in commercial banking with additional IT exposure is beneficial.
  • Product knowledge in OBPM and OBVAM is advantageous.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree.Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus.8+ years of experience in corporate transaction banking focusing on payments, virtual accounts, and liquidity management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and clear idea communication.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Adaptability to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Professional certifications or coursework related to transaction banking or financial analysis are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support: Assist senior consultants in client engagement, requirements gathering, and transaction banking solution support.

Analysis and Solution Development: Analyze and support the design and development of payment, virtual account, and liquidity management solutions for clients under senior team guidance.

Project Coordination: Help project managers in coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and tracking deliverables for timely completion.

Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in corporate transaction banking to contribute insights to client engagements and initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and deliverables with accuracy and alignment to client expectations and project goals.

Learning and Development: Actively seek learning opportunities in transaction banking through on-the-job training, programs, and self-study to enhance project support.

Team Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, analysts, and experts to deliver value to clients.
