Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proven work experience as a customer
Service / Sales.

  • Experience in Financial Service Roles
is an added advantage.

  • Experience in training the sales team and making training
videos is a must.

  • Ability to manage the full training
cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.

  • Handson experience with elearning
platforms.

  • Excellent organizational skills, communication,
and presentation abilities.

  • Conduct skills gap analyses to
identify areas of improvement.

  • Design training curriculum within
time.

  • Coordinate individual and team
performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.

  • Collect feedback from trainees and
managers about training courses.

  • Maintain updated records of training
material and curriculum.

  • Travel (if required) to Various
regions assigned in the Zone as part of training responsibility.
