Job Summary:


Sales Executive is responsible for growing the market for Cumulus Systems Private Limited's Consulting and Managed Security Services in Canada.


Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve maximum sales growth, profitability, and account penetration in the assigned territory, through effective selling of Cumulus Systems Private Limited Consulting and Managed Security Services offerings to existing and net new accounts.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for Cumulus Systems Private Limited.
  • Create and manage territory and account plans in the region, and regularly review progress of deliverables and revenue attainment.
  • Maintain data on customer calls; provide semimonthly pipeline and activity updates.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and
prospective customers

  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to the proper Cumulus Systems Private Limited business channel
  • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups
  • Arrange product and service demonstrations for existing/potential customers,
where appropriate and required and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

  • Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value to the organization of existing and prospective customers.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers—highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
  • Accurately articulate the value propositions of Cumulus Systems Private Limited offerings
  • Plan and organize a personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
  • Supply Management with verbal and written reports on customer needs, problems, and interests, as well as competitive activities and potential for new products/services
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Qualification:
Post - Secondary degree in a related discipline

Experience: 5-7 Years in sales and account management.

Skill sets & attributes:

  • A valid driver's license and passport
  • Ability to travel regularly (one week/month)
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to gain consensus
  • Ability to consult with customers at a business level, translating and communicating strategic opportunities into requirements
  • Ability to facilitate solutions in a complex technology and business environment
  • Ability to manage customer expectations throughout a complex sales and delivery process
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong business acumen.
