Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Booking loads as per market requirements.
  • Must be proficient in DAT and Truck stop. You'll be negotiating rates with brokers and dispatching trucks in the U.S
  • Making initial calls to survey the freight market trends.
  • Create, coordinate, and manage pickup and delivery schedules, coordinating with shippers, carriers, dispatchers, and customers
  • Respond to customer concerns and queries in a timely, professional manner
  • Develop new sales strategies to generate leads, improve business, and develop a sales pipeline
  • Preparing Invoice and submission of paperwork with brokers and the accounting team.
  • Tracking shipments / Handling customer's enquiries.
  • Manage multiple deliveries and process spot requests
  • Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day.
  • Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure Driver paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations.
  • Maintain a respectful attitude when dealing with drivers, coworkers, potential customers, to help foster existing relationships and build new ones.
  • Respond to customer concerns and queries in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with customers, and contact them, as appropriate, for new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate

  • Minimum 6 months 2 years
