Job Description: In BBS Mohali, we are establishing a dynamic KM team to develop essential content for critical processes. We seek individuals to collaborate with process SMEs, create visual presentations and process maps, and contribute to various KM initiatives.

Main Accountabilities:
- Understand processes from SMEs
- Research and generate valuable content
- Develop process maps based on business insights
- Manage the creation of a process portal and publish content
- Review and edit videos for optimal delivery
- Monitor process-related KPIs

Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of new joiners and trainees
- Drive knowledge sharing sessions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Ensure accuracy and timeliness in content creation, publication, and review.

Key Relationships: Engage with process leaders and SMEs within BBS Mohali/Bunge

Education/Experience:
- Preferred: Graduate/MBA
- 0-3 years of experience in Knowledge Management

Additional Requirements:
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management tools
- Exposure to BBS environment
- Comprehensive business acumen
