1. JOBPURPOSE
Digital Platforms (App &Web) are the key drivers of company's growth strategy andare expected to generate over 30% of the company'sbusiness over the next 3 years. Theseplatforms generate over 2Bn sessions annually generating trafficfor over 73 P&Ls of the company.Digital Content Marketing is at the heart of the companies trafficgeneration strategy feeding SEO & ASOecosystems & enhancing thecustomers experience on our digitalplatforms.
This is a strategic position and critical tothecompany'ssuccess as an omnipresent financial services company acrosspayments shoppingloans anddeposits.
We are seeking a talented Content Head withextensive knowledge of financial products exceptional writingskills and expertise in leveraging AI tools for content creation.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEOstrategies traffic generation techniques and the ability tooptimize content for maximum visibility andengagement.

3. PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES
The specialist rolewill include but not limitedto
Develop and implement a comprehensive contentstrategy that aligns with the company's objectives andtargets various customer segments.
Lead a team of content creators includingwriters editors and designers to produce highquality content acrossmultiple channels including website blog social media and emailnewsletters.
Utilize AItools including ChatGPT and other contentrelated AI tools toenhance content creation processes and improveefficiency.
Stayupdated on emerging trends and best practices in AIdriven contentcreation and incorporate innovative approaches into the contentstrategy.
Leverageindepth knowledge of financial products to produce informative andengaging content that educates and empowers ouraudience.
Optimizecontent for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility anddrive traffic to our digital properties.
Implement strategies for traffic generationincluding content distribution social media promotion andcollaboration with influencers and partners.
Monitor and analyze content performancemetrics including website traffic engagement metrics and conversionrates to identify opportunities for optimization andimprovement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholdersincluding marketing product and compliance teams to ensure contentaccuracy consistency and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
Cultivatea culture of creativity innovation and continuous improvementwithin the content team fostering professional growth anddevelopment opportunities for team members.
PARTNER MANAGEMENT
Identify agenciesevaluate their capabilities in alignment with requirements andconduct negotiations forpartnership
Develop key partner relations in variousdomains
Set up a partner engagement governanceprocess

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND COACHING

Identify organizational gaps within themarketing team to achieve company objectives. Plan recruit retainand build capacityaccordingly
Ensure continuous training of team on newtechnology/product/processes being adapted to ensure adequateimplementation ofchange
Provide guidance to team in identification oftraining needs like upgradation to latestTrends to enhancecapabilities to drive a stable and robustsocial CommerceVertical
Designprofessional growth plans for managing and retaining top performersand key leaders in thefunction
Integrate cross linked KRAs across the team toensure ownership and smooth functioning
4. MAJORCHALLENGES
Coordinating with the design/tech teams to getthe SEO changes/recommendations implemented with optimal turnaroundtimes.
To come up withalternate/middleground ideas that strike a balance between SEO bestpractices and workaround/stopgap solutions in a case where it isnot possible to implement SEO best practices due to certaintech/nontech or resource related/specific limitations raised/set bythe brand owners marketing teams and/or techteams
To help the top management appraise/recognizethe beneficial outcomes of any/all SEO recommendations/changesproposed by the Tech SEO team.
