Journey Builder Specialist Position at Marketing Solutions Co.

As a full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert, you will be accountable for enhancing the platform and providing technical guidance to expand digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration.

You will collaborate closely with IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure optimal use of the platform.


Roles and Duties:

  • Conduct periodic executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, showcasing all features (e.g., content builder, journey builder, etc.) as needed.
  • Establish and set up data models.
  • Create scalable solutions aligned with business goals, marketing metrics, and tech needs.
  • Plan platform setup and data feeds for running successful automated email campaigns.
  • Provide hands-on consultancy on large-scale projects such as email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and more.
  • Detect and resolve platform and data feed-related challenges.
  • Recommend teams on the latest tech trends, new business strategies, third-party tools, and impactful email templates.
  • Enhance internal processes according to team requests, identifying opportunities, and business needs.
  • Inform relevant stakeholders about project initiatives.
