You will be working as IS Support Process Specialist at global grade 14 and will be part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Bangalore, India.

In this role you will be reporting to EL India IS Manager and will be defining, managing and monitoring processes to meet requirements for IS services by planning, measuring and improving all aspects of IS services.

Your responsibilities

  • Describing and defining IT processes or services including relationships, dependencies and business value and regularly maintaining all servicerelated information within the service management tool
  • Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services
  • Taking action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions and calls on other experienced colleagues and external resources to make sure services are delivered proactively
  • Providing consultation, advice and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services
  • Following agreed standards and applying appropriate techniques to elicit and documenting detailed requirements
  • Reviewing and analyzing the efficiency of existing reporting procedures and systems with a main focus on optimization, standardization and automation
Your background

  • Engineering Degree with 3 to 5 years experience in
- information Systems Infrastructure

  • Knowledge of Network devices
  • Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, CMDB
  • Project Management skill
  • Good in Communications
  • Good in Collaboration with stakeholders and other department leaders
