Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct dynamic and static clearance analysis studies for Cars using 3D ExperienceConduct ergonomic studies using 3D ExperienceVirtual validation of plant tools and equipment for new productsCreate standard issue reports and coordinate with stakeholdersRecommend process or equipment design changes based upon investigationCoordinate with stakeholders for seamless project executionM-BOM Creation & maintenance in 3D Experience3D-layouting using MicroStation/FAPLISCreate VR environment for product investigationSupport testing & developmental activity for VR as tool for Assembly ValidationDevelop cost reduction initiatives while creating equipment conceptsEquipment concept design and layout creation recommendationAssist in Concept validation, technical offer evaluationAbout the company:Mercedes-Benz AG, a pioneer of automotive engineering, sees shaping the future of mobility in a safe and sustainable way as both a motivation and obligation.

Mandatory Skills:

Digital manufacturing tools (3D Experience /DELMIA V5/Team center visualization/Human Jack/ Process Simulate/IC.IDO/Unity/VR/FAPLIS/Micro station etc.)Assembly process planning, documentation & issue resolutionAssembly equipment design, planning, installation & commissioningPhysical ergonomic Assessment in production plantProblem Solving & Project ManagementC#/Python/PowerbiDesigning small Jigs & FixturesExecuting new vehicle program projects.


Preferred skills:
B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E - Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial, Production Engineering.
