About Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a SailPoint Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow.

What You'll Do

5 to 8 years of IT experience specifically in Identity Management.

Application, data and infrastructure governance, experience with legacy on-premises or modern cloud IGA offerings,Hands on development, customization, and solution experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etcResponsibilitiesDeploy SailPoint Identity IIQ Governance solution to meet customer requirementsDesign, deploy, implement, and integrate SailPoint with critical applications and infrastructureFollow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testingInteract/coordinate with customers as requiredAssist operations team as required, coordinate with product engineering teamResolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementationConduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objectionsCreate custom JARs for disconnected applications to import data through CSV from server.

RCA of issues faced by Client on Prod Instance, recreating same issue on DEV environment, providing a fix, unit testing and migration to PROD.


Qualifications:
Bachelor''s/ equivalent in Engineering5-8 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance productsThorough domain

Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint implementationUser Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and ReconciliationAuditing, Reporting, and user activityMonitoringAccess CertificationSODCloud SecurityJava/J2EE and strong SQL knowledgeKnowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc.

Experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch JobsDirect customer interaction and management skillsExperience with RFP responses and proposalsStrong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
