Job Description:

The Role

As an Executive - Operations, you will:

  • Complete all the training assigned on timely manner
  • Placing the booking with carrier as per instructions from shipper / destination office.
  • Strict statutory compliance with corporate guidelines in all operational, financial, commercial activities.
  • Followup for the Draft MBL.
  • Debit note followup with carrier after sailing of shipment
  • Make sure to targeting "zero" service failures on the services level to customer
  • Need to review processes to enhance and optimize current services levels to achieve targeted service levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ICR need to be followed up and updated in CW1 as per agreed rates. If any deviation must to be taken up with respective CS/Overseas offices.
  • DATA compliance for North Region.
  • Make sure to targeting "zero" service failures on the services level to customer
