POSITION TITLE:
Quality Control Executive



REPORTS TO:
Plant Head

Qualification:
Diploma Holder (Electrical)

Experience:
Fresher / utmost 2 yrs experience

Working Days:
Sunday to Friday

Roles & Responsibilities

  • First piece inspection and maintain record of the same
  • Approval report of all process and production lines.
  • In process inspection at all process and production lines.
  • To prepare and maintain the processes flow chart, work instructions, SOP and final quality plan as per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Responsible for PDI report to all customer.
  • To reduce and control rejection PPM in all process and production lines.
  • To prepare the CAPA for nonconformity, defects, delay, dissatisfaction observed at all process and production lines.
  • Responsible for calibration of instruments.
  • Improvement in production efficiency and rejection.
  • Responsible for 5S activity at assembly shop.
  • Do analysis of rejection observed at press shop with the help of quality tools.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary:
Up to ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Morning shift
