Overall experience & requirements for the JOB
Overall, 8-10 years' experience in Laboratory tools, Computerized system validation in R&D Environment. 4-5 years hands-on experience with CDS (chromatography data system) & non-CDS Lab systems/tools like Empower, Malvern, Instron, Tiamo, etc., 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Windows server administration, Windows 10 & troubleshooting techniques. Experience with Computer System Validation process for analytical instruments and Enterprise applications. Experience in backup tools and enterprise applications like Openlab and compliance builder. Understanding the architecture of enterprise applications hosted on AWS and On-prim. Good Understanding of lab equipment integration with workstation & associated tools/applications. Very good understanding of Enterprise LAN/WAN network connectivity & troubleshooting techniques. Worked on Service desk tools & aware of ITIL process for change management and handling the tickets. Knowledge on LIMS, Blue Mountain RAM, data integrity tools Good understanding of QMS of Pharma/medical products companyDuties & Responsibilities
SME for the Laboratory tools & day to day administration /support Configuration and administration of R&D IT applications for data backup, archival, data integrity, access control using installed applications – Agilent OpenLab, Compliance Builder, Acronis etc., R&D Site support - Handling of tickets and incidents in Service Now & adhering to SLA norms Requirement gathering & providing guidance to Lab users for any new installation (quality workstations/instruments) Providing consultation for setting up new lab instrument & prerequisites with lab SPOC. Computer System Validation support – IQ/OQ System Administration &Troubleshoot GxP Workstation. Coordinate with vendor or cross functional team for any application issues. Support Internal /External Audits by providing necessary evidence /documents. Participate in local /global Projects & provide necessary support. Remain up to date on new and emerging technologies within area of technical expertise and serves as resource to other Baxter offices/employees. Responsible for system ownership of assigned tools and applications including system procedures and change control activities. Communicate project status, solutions, and contingency plan. Disseminate information in a timely manner to the team and stakeholders.Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Biotech/Pharma or equivalent degree with relative experience required, including 3+ years in a technical or laboratory environment.
Communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Ability to work independently, under minimal direct supervision. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. Creativity in addressing technical challenges.-
