Responsibilities :
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, custom objects, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Implement and customize Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices, and proactively propose innovative solutions.

Requirements :
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud Implementation and customization based on Salesforce best practices.
  • Knowledge in Implementing LWR sites and LWC (Lightning Web Component) components along with Data Tracking & Management tools and cookie management tools

  • Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
  • Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
  • Own the design of Community Cloud and other Salesforce platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
  • Review multimarket impact of solutions and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to page loads and optimal content size.
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and/or Salesforce SMEs.
  • Review Technical Design Documents (TDD), approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments where appropriate.
  • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, and deployment of Salesforce.
  • Collaborative project and workstream planning.
  • Set up change management practices to ensure long-term solution success.
  • Prioritize and escalate customer issues with quick turnaround.
