Information Management:
The EA is responsible for maintaining confidential information, managing databases, and tracking important metrics and key performance indicators.

Problem-solving: The EA must be able to proactively identify problems and provide solutions to help the executive achieve their objectives.

Liaison:
The EA may be required to liaise with other departments, organizations, and individuals on behalf of the executive.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and several years of experience in a similar role are typically required for this position.
