YOU HAVE:
Academic background in
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related technical field
Previous experience in or with
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence. Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years in a managerial role
SkillsStrong mentorship and coaching skills to foster team development.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
Proficient in presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
