Job Description
  • Focus on Event, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management
  • Expertise in DevOps with a focus on performance optimization and continuity planning
Service Assurance Responsibilities
  • Liaison between Global Infrastructure and development/business teams
  • Proficient in resolving Incidents and Events
  • Leading problem resolution and creating user stories for improved experiences
  • Debugging defects and developing dashboards for efficient monitoring
  • Leading incident management processes and providing design inputs as part of a DevOps team
  • Collaborating with UI/UX team for user-centered solutions
  • Monitoring application performance and conducting data analysis for actionable insights
  • Ensuring accuracy of data feeds and data conditioning processes
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Effective communication with business and leadership
  • Contributing to established goals and driving creative changes
  • Influencing team members and challenging the status quo

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years of experience in software engineering, monitoring, and support. ITIL working knowledge required along with experience in various technical areas.

Required Experience
  • Identifying application/infrastructure risks and mitigation strategies
  • Debugging techniques for root cause analysis
  • Experience in programming languages, networking, databases, etc.
  • Experience in user problem-solving and understanding digital UX
Preferred Experience
  • Performance troubleshooting and implementing high availability solutions
  • Working with application performance monitoring tools and DevOps knowledge
  • Experience in automation development and Agile methodologies
  • Hands-on expertise in application design and development
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies
  • Developing custom automation for support processes
  • Experience with monitoring tools and user experience principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
