  • Responsible to generate and achieve sales target for company
  • To ensure merchandised is neatly displayed, arranged, and organized on racks all the time
  • To send photos of merchandise display on whatsapp group as per company policy
  • To send brand sales report daily on concerned whatsapp group as per company's policy
  • To change merchandise on display mannequins from time to time
  • To write details of stock received at the store for purchase
  • To stick barcodes on the merchandise as per SOP of company
  • To enroll maximum customer in Pintoo's loyalty program
  • To note down customer's contact information in case of nonavailability of stock and call the customer after stock replenishment
  • To arrange for photos of merchandise from other branches on whatsapp as per customer requirement
  • To show merchandise to customers on video call as per customer requirements
  • To ensure counters are cluttered free, garments are folded and well arranged all the time
  • To enhance customer experience by providing excellent service

Requirements / Eligibility criteria

Education
HSC passed

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales preferred

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing
  • Should be result oriented
  • Ability to work and achieve targets under pressure
  • Ability to handle customers professionally
  • Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati

Salary:
From ₹18,000.00 per month
