Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. Responsibilities include sourcing and identifying suitable candidates through various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), conducting interviews, and extending job offers. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and updating job listings on the company website. Effective communication, organisational skills, and an understanding of the recruitment process are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Client Engagement: Identify and approach organisations with staffing needs, present our recruitment services, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction for both parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Website Management: Update and maintain our job listings on the company website.
- Sourcing Candidates and Vacancies: Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to source candidates
