About the internship:

Job Description:

As a Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting field research to gather valuable insights about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. You will play a crucial role in helping our company understand market needs, identify opportunities, and shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Research:

Conduct on-site market research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observations.

Visit various locations to gather primary data from customers, competitors, and market participants.

Travel extensively within the designated region to collect data and insights.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and trends.

Utilize statistical tools and software to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Ensure accuracy and reliability of collected data.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities.

Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging market opportunities.

Provide ongoing market intelligence to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in market research, preferably in a field-based role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS) and MS Office Suite.

Ability to travel extensively and work in various field environments.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
