The Role

The Global Associate Project Lead at Novo Nordisk will team up with the Global Project Lead and work closely with the Manager – Global Insulin Marketing, Diabetes Therapy Areas. In this role, you'll be accountable for:

  • Driving and supporting strategic planning, prep, and execution of the roll-out plan for Portfolio Consolidation Excellence Framework.
  • Ensuring solid execution of portfolio consolidation decisions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and navigate efficiently.
  • Leading training initiatives and ensuring the effective sharing of knowledge through strategic planning and 'Train the Trainer' sessions.

Qualifications

To shine in this position, we're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in brand communications, training, marketing, or related functions within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for communication development experience.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, and timely delivery.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
  • Passionate about driving change and constant improvement.

About the Department

The Strategic Diabetes Commercial Communications role is part of the Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit at Novo Nordisk. This unit drives deliverables for various Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, and more. In the Diabetes Therapeutic Area, we're a dedicated team assisting millions of people with diabetes by offering innovative medicines and solutions.
