Our Finance & Accounts Department in Mumbai location is looking for a

Executive Finance & Accounts

Your Responsibilities:

  • Standardizing Regional reporting and Group reporting
  • Ensures on time and in full reporting at the right quality according to the internal management calendar and group reporting calendar.
  • Weekly Accounts Receivables report to Sales team, follow up with sales team / customers on the fund's collections.
  • Working closely with Sales team on the Sales promotion / liquidation plan
  • Monthly Accounts Receivables (AR) report to region.
  • AR reconciliation with customers on Sales return, Discount, and all other debit by customer and accrual creations.
  • AR reconciliation and accruals creation explanation to PWC Auditors.
  • Online D2C customers invoice level reconciliation between invoice value and funds receipt
  • Follow up with sales team to collect the MIS report from Customer to reconcile sales report and discount for Franchises customers.
  • Own eCom portal payment collection and reconciliation with Razorpay online portal.
  • Presents financial information to senior management / head office to force decision making and to drive actions.
  • Acts as a sparring partner to the business to ensure realistic forecasts, assumptions, dand cost estimates.
  • Monitors & reports ongoing the receivables & payables of the S&M organization and ensures timely resolution of reconciliation issues hand in hand with the business, if necessary, by maintaining proactively vendor and customer relations.

Your ideal profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts reconciliation
  • Good in Advance excel
  • Must have handled large volume transactions.
