Job Snapshot:
Mindtickle is looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer to join the esteemed Technical Solutions team. This team, a key part of the customer success division, stands out in gathering requirements, suggesting creative solutions, handling technical implementations, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • Understanding and analyzing customer business and technical needs.
  • Developing custom integrations, solutions, and reporting features for customers.
  • Creating tailored data visualization dashboards based on extensive data analysis.
  • Enhancing product UI to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinating user management integration with Mindtickle.
  • Implementing and managing integration workflows using ETL tools.
  • Conducting quality assurance and troubleshooting for custom dashboards and integrations.
  • Automating custom integrations and setting up effective alert systems.
  • Collaborating with the product team to incorporate customer trends into the product roadmap.
  • Identifying and suggesting opportunities for process enhancement.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
  • Have 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or development.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in customer/internal communication.
  • Are proficient in UNIX/Linux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python scripting.
  • Have experience with web technologies and database systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Understand REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, JWT, and SFTP concepts.
  • Are skilled in AWS services and possess strong interpersonal and task management abilities.
  • Hold a degree in engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
