Job Summary / Purpose of Position


He will work under supervision within a team to perform and complete electrical (24 volt DC and 6.6 kv Ac ) maintenance and repairs jobs on the machine with high availability targets.

He will serve as the Liebherr official representative while on duty.

Role and Responsibilities:

Essential Job Duties:

  • Meet all Safety procedures and regulations in place, as per Liebherr's and Customer's guidelines.
  • Perform electrical works on the machines. He may also perform or assist with mechanical works.
  • Perform the maintenance tasks by using the relevant hand and power tools recommended by the Liebherr OEM.

Position Specific Competencies:

  • Good knowledge in electric and electronic.
  • Reading and understanding of complex electrical schematics
  • Wiring of electrical cabinets
  • Repair of electrical wiring and connections
  • Understanding of software and electronics
  • Mechanical knowledge would be a plus.
  • Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report.

Qualification and Education Requirements
Trade Certificate Holder from a Government recognised Institute / Diploma in Engineering with

Certification from the Appropriate Government Authority to work in 6.6kva line, which is mandatory.

Preferred Skills / Special Skills
Good knowledge and experience in mechanic, hydraulic.
Knowledge in electrical and electronic is mandatory
Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic & electrical drawings and schematics.
Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
