Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer/Performance Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Bangalore, or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience in performance testing, including load and stress testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans.
Conduct stress and load testing to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.
Utilize Linux for system monitoring and troubleshooting during performance tests.

Required Skills:

Python Proficiency: Strong coding skills with the ability to develop effective performance testing scripts.
Performance Testing Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with stress/load testing and performance testing tools and methodologies.
Linux Proficiency: Solid understanding of Linux for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (
5-8 years of relevant experience in performance engineering and software development.
