What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with consulting teams on a wide array of advanced topics
  • Leverage software development methodologies to add value to BCG's Consulting & case teams, Product teams and Practice Areas
  • Engage in requirements gathering, design, development, delivery, and support of software solutions for client needs
  • Provide technical support and expertise to create high-quality technology solutions
  • Architect applications for security, flexibility, scalability, and performance
  • Participate in design and code reviews, setting best practices and standards for development
  • Manage software development teams comprehensively, covering all aspects of people management
  • Mentor team members, offering continuous feedback and support for their growth
  • Contribute to technical team recruitment globally
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and act as a mentor

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of software development experience, with a focus on Engineering management
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies
  • Thorough understanding of program management techniques, Agile software delivery methodologies, and change management principles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in dynamic work environments
  • Experience in consistently delivering project excellence
  • Additional recognition for contributions to open-source projects and relevant technologies
