Job Description:


We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, and CRM management.

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs is preferred.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing SEO strategies, conducting SEO audits, analyzing website traffic, and staying current on SEO trends and best practices.

Collaboration with other departments and stakeholders will be essential, along with project management, communication, and data analysis skills.

If you possess some or all of these qualifications and are eager to learn and grow in this field, we encourage you to apply.

Performance reports, identification of areas for improvement, and suggestions for future campaigns will also be expected.

Key responsibilities:


Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic for our clients.

Perform on-page optimization through comprehensive audits for client websites, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content structure, to improve their search engine visibility and relevancy.

Develop and implement effective link building strategies to enhance our clients' website authority and credibility.
Conduct regular audits of client websites to identify technical SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Monitor and analyze client website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance, to our clients.

Collaborate with our content creators to ensure that website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.

Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and search engine marketing.
Provide SEO recommendations and guidance for website redesigns, migrations, and new page launches.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' SEO strategies to identify new opportunities and challenges for our clients
Implement A/B testing and experimentation to refine ad strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Technical Skills:
At least 4 years' experience in the field of SEO as SEO Analyst.
Proven experience in SEO analysis, optimization, and implementation, preferably in an agency environment.

In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Experience working with various content management systems (CMS) and diverse industry sectors such as SaaS and e-commerce.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
Experience in any project management tool (Basecamp, Asana & Jira) would be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications in SEO or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
