Responsibilities:

1.Define product strategy: Lead the development of the product visionstrategy and roadmap for valuebased care solutions within theplatform aligning with organizational goals market trends andcustomer needs.

2. Define and documentproduct requirements inline with the product vision and businessgoals: Whenever needed translate high level product vision intoactionable user stories ensuring that product features arewelldefined userfriendly and aligned with industry bestpractices.

3. Act as a ValueBased CareSubject Matter Expert (SME): Provide expertise and guidance tointernal teams conducting product research serving as a resource tohelp teams gain knowledge and insights related to valuebased caremodels.

4. Market analysis andcustomer insights: Conduct market research competitive analysis andcustomer interviews to identify market opportunities understandcustomer pain points and gather insights to inform product strategyand feature prioritization.

5. Developdetailed customer journey maps to understand user interactions andidentify opportunities for enhancing the userexperience.

6. Product roadmapplanning: Develop and maintain a comprehensiveproduct roadmap that outlines key initiatives milestones anddeliverables balancing shortterm priorities with longterm strategicobjectives.

7. Facilitate regularcrossfunctional meetings to align product development withmarketing sales customer success and engineeringteams.

8. Feature prioritization andbacklog management: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritizeproduct features user stories and enhancements based on businessvalue customer impact and strategic alignment ensuring that backlogitems are welldefined andactionable.

9. User experience design:Work closely with designers and user experience (UX) experts tocreate intuitive userfriendly interfaces and workflows thatoptimize user engagement efficiency and satisfaction in valuebasedcare settings.

10. Focus onscalability and performance optimization in product design toensure the platform can handle increasing user loads and complexworkflows.

11. Agile developmentleadership: Serve as the product owner as needed within Agiledevelopment teams participating in sprint planning backlog groomingand daily standups and providing guidance to the development teamon feature implementation anddelivery.

12. Develop and implementchange management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of newfeatures and updates by customers and internalteams.

13. Product launches andgotomarket strategy: Lead product launches and gotomarketinitiatives collaborating with marketing sales and customer successteams to develop messaging collateral and training materials andensure successful product adoption and customersatisfaction.

14. Product performanceanalysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics tomeasure product success analyzing data and user feedback toidentify opportunities for improvement optimize product featuresand drive continuous innovation. Leverage advanced data analyticstools to derive actionable insights for product improvements andstrategic planning.

15. Regulatorycompliance and quality assurance: Ensure that products comply withrelevant healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA HITECH) and qualitystandards collaborating with legal regulatory affairs andcompliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure product integrity andsecurity.

16. Stakeholder engagement:Cultivate strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders including customers partners executives and industryexperts fostering open communication transparency and collaborationto ensure alignment and support for productinitiatives.

17. Act as a SPOC for allproduct related asks/queries to all internal teams strategicpartners clients commercialteams.



Requirements

1.Minimum 5 years experience in product management or productdevelopment for US healthcare is a must with a focus on valuebasedcare population health management.

2.Deep understanding of valuebased care models payment reforminitiatives and healthcare policy trends with knowledge ofaccountable care organizations (ACOs) bundled payments and othervaluebased reimbursement models.

3.Understanding of healthcare programs and models: Demonstratefamiliarity with healthcare programs and models such as MA(Medicare Advantage) MSSP (Medicare Shared Savings Program) ACO(Accountable Care Organization) and ACO Flex to inform productdevelopment efforts and support valuebased careinitiatives.

4. Indepth knowledgearound clinical quality measures HEDIS NCQA PQRS eCQM MIPSetc.

5. Indepth knowledge aroundEHR/HIE systems and integration with thesesystems.

6. Familiarity withvaluebased payer contracting Star ratings and Population HealthManagement.

7. Familiarity with caregaps coding gaps diagnosis gaps and risk adjustment: Understand andnavigate care gaps coding discrepancies diagnosis inconsistenciesand risk adjustment methodologies to develop solutions that addressthese challenges and optimize valuebased careoutcomes.

8. Strong business acumenstrategic thinking and leadership abilities with a proven trackrecord of successfully launching and managing healthcare softwareproducts or solutions from concept tocommercialization.

9. Excellentcommunication negotiation and stakeholder management skills withthe ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levelsand drive consensus around product decisions andpriorities.

10. Experience working inAgile development environments with proficiency in Agilemethodologies product management tools and project managementpractices.

11. Analytical mindset andproficiency in datadriven decisionmaking with the ability toleverage analytics tools and metrics to measure product performanceidentify trends and drive continuousimprovement.

12. Knowledge ofhealthcare regulations and compliance requirements including HIPAAHITECH and other relevant standards with a commitment tomaintaining data privacy security and regulatorycompliance.
