Job Description
The Graphic and Social Media Designer works with the Content Team to create and execute regular communication on ASIGN'S social media and other digital channels. The intention is to grow a dedicated digital community, by consistently providing them with relevant, accurate, informative and entertaining content. This will include creating visual content (daily graphic posts, image driven posts, reels, animations) and other digital content for social media, weekly newsletters and participating in other brand communication requirements as per the organisations' need.

Requirements Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a graphic communications (ideal) or design fields
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Excellent graphic and information design skills
  • Experience with website building platforms and CMS platforms, such as Wix, Wordpress, Drupal
Essential Experience:
  • 5-7 Years of work experience, preferably with at least two years of experience designing for social media
  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and video editing softwares
  • Experience and interest basic video editing is essential
  • Knowledge of digital content marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics is a plus
  • Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation in the field of visual communication is preferable.
