Job Overview: Service Delivery Specialist will work in services delivery role for customers managing the design and delivery of Cloud and/or Mobility have strong IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture knowledge, and must be skilful in developing enterprise level software and infrastructure role is highly customer focused, requires ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization. What you'll do:

1. Solution Design:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs. Develop high-level and detailed solution architectures that leverage Azure services. Ensure that solutions align with best practices, security standards, and cost-effectiveness. 2. Azure Infrastructure Management: Management, deployment, and configuration of Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, networking, storage, App Services and security services. Monitor, manage, and maintain the Azure infrastructure to ensure uptime, availability, and performance of services periodically

3. Azure Networking:

Settings/Design Azure network consider zero trust network Configuration of azure firewall, Web Application Firewall (If needed) Co-ordinate with on-prem network team for on-premise connectivity 4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance periodically and resource utilization to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization. Setup infrastructure monitoring using azure native tool such as Application insights, VM insight, Azure monitor, diagnostic report, log analytics etc. Recommend and implement performance improvements to enhance the overall Azure environment. Implement strategies to optimize Azure services for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. (Periodically) Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to incidents, service outages, and alerts in the Azure environment. Lead complex troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and resolution of operational issues to minimize downtime and service disruptions. Security and Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security best practices in Azure, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance with industry and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and audits in alignment with company policies. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure services to ensure data integrity and business continuity (If needed).Conduct regular backup tests and recovery drills(quarterly) to validate the effectiveness of the disaster recovery plan. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of Azure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting regular reports on system performance, incidents, and operational knowledge and mentor team members to enhance the collective expertise in managing Azure infrastructure. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals, to address operational challenges and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates, recommendations, and status reports.
