Key Responsibilities:

● Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership:

● Enhance brand visibility among customers, investors, and industry leaders.

● Position our founders as thought leaders through targeted content and media engagements.

● Growth Marketing:

● Execute growth marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition.

● Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using advanced tools.

● Stakeholder Relations:

● Build relationships with key stakeholders.

● Organise and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences.

● Enterprise Sales:

● Managethe enterprise sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.

● Conduct sales presentations, product demos, an negotiations.

● Sales Funnel Management:

● Develop and manage a robust sales funnel.

● Event Management:

● Collaborate with the sales team to refine processes and improve conversion rates.

● Plan and execute marketing events.

● Represent Socialtrait at industry events to build brand presence and generate leads.

● Marketing Automation Platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot

● CRMTools: Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot

● Sales Enablement: Outreach, SalesLoft, Clearbit

● Event Management: Eventbrite, Hopin, Cvent

● Customer Feedback: SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Qualtrics

● Project Management Tools: Asana, Notion

Expertise Required:

● Enterprise Sales: Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales.

● Data-Driven Marketing: Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.

● Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute loyalty programs.

● Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.

● Digital Marketing: Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising.

● Event Management: Plan and execute successful events.

● International Marketing: Understand global markets and manage cross-border campaigns.

● Tech &AI Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

● Experience: 3-5 years in tech or AI, B2B SAAS is a must.

● Skills: Marketing and sales expertise, strong communication and presentation skills.

● Global Experience: Working with international clients.

● Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

● Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
