  • 5+ years of experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects, including 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience leading complex Automation (RPA) projects involving crossfunctional teams.
  • Understanding of Supply chain processes in a manufacturing organization.
  • Experience of working on Automation projects in Logistics (preferred)
  • Experience in preparing Roadmaps and Plans for multiyear projects with participation from multiple teams.

  • Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.
  • Able to coach the teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Patience and empathy working with mentees and people new to Agile
  • Comfortable working directly with both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Strong listening skills with the intention of understanding
  • Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams
