  • Cross Domain resource access, experience on multi forest environment
  • Knowledge about kerberos, ldap authentication
  • Basic working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve general server related issues with root cause analysis.
  • Reasonable knowledge of current hardware and software technologies and its uses.
  • Experience in managing of IT Infrastructure Services.
  • Well versed on Incident, Change and Problem Management Process.
  • Creating Baseline documents for Servers, Security and environment.
  • Experience in handling Major Incidents
  • Well versed in Server Capacity, Performance and Availability strategies.
  • Create and document all actions, practices, procedures and processes.
