Job Description
Details: Responsibilities Training Expert having 8 years of IT experience Analyze support trends and identify areas for process improvements. Implement strategies to reduce the frequency of recurring issues and enhance overall support efficiency. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues and solutions. Utilize helpdesk software to monitor support activities, track ticket statuses, and generate performance reports. Prepare reports for the issue status, how many were repetitive issues etc. Training experience in the Corporate industry. Conduct trainings, organize trainings at various levels, prepare training calendar, training content, feedback and survey, and modify training content according to needs.

8 . Experience of Train the trainer programs, Good communication skills, oral and written, Ability to interact with the users, high level of acceptance

Disciplined, problem solving approach towards customers and ability to guide team members.
