Who are we looking for?


As Airblack enters our next phase of growth to build the largest skilling academy in India, we are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to manage our front desk and support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, making it crucial to have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

What would you be doing?

Your Major KRAs are:

Front Desk Management:


Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.


Communication Handling:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Database Maintenance:
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (maintain logbook).

Admin Management:


You will be responsible for daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and calling, while also maintaining a clean and presentable reception area.


Founders Calendar:


The Founders calendars are managed and maintained, with meetings and appointments coordinated, ensuring resources are available and any changes are promptly addressed.


Tracking of Invoices:


The individual is responsible for monitoring and tracking both incoming and outgoing invoices, collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely processing and payment.


Managing Pantry:


The task involves managing pantry inventory, ensuring it is adequately stocked with essentials like snacks and beverages, and collaborating with suppliers for regular restocking.


Catering Guest at Airblack:


The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring a comfortable environment, and managing refreshments and catering for meetings and events as needed.


Managing Parking Issues and Restroom:
Address parking issues for staff and visitors, and ensure clean, well-maintained restrooms with necessary supplies.

Handling Food and Other Deliveries:


The job involves receiving and managing deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the correct departments, and coordinating with delivery services to address any issues or discrepancies.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person).
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude with a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
