We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React JS Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior React JS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative web applications using React JS. You will work closely with our product development and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React JS.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and oversight.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Solid understanding of and its core principles, including popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., ).
  • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering and its benefits in React applications.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
